On Your First Visit
Please print and fill out all required forms (available here) before your arrival. If you are unable to complete the paperwork before your visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your consultation, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule.
If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be cancelled and may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Last minute schedule changes will only be honored if a service appointment is available for a later time of that day and other guests are not inconvenienced. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice and no-shows may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We do not provide refunds for cancelled/ no show appointments. Last minute schedule changes will only be honored if the service time is available, and other guests are not inconvenienced. All service sales are final, with no refunds.
Please notify our Spa Consultant before scheduling your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult. Laser hair removal and electrolysis cannot be done on anyone under the age of 14.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones must be turned off when entering the spa.
We are unable to accommodate guests accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa, including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.
